Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to have an exceptional experience with our products.

Exchanges are allowed within 30 days with receipt. 

Defective or damaged items will be replaced with appropriate components or an entirely new product at Frolic Games sole discretion.


Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition as received, in the original packaging.   

  • Clearance items are not exchangeable.

  • Proof of purchase(e-receipt) is required.

If you need to exchange it for an identical item, send us an email at support@frolic.games

 

Procedure:

  1. Reply to the order confirmation email you received

  2. Give us the details of the item you wish to exchange and the reason

  3. Once approved, send your items to the address below (shipping cost apply)

  4. We will send you the new item (shipping cost apply). Please provide the address and contact information for the person returning.

Note that if you purchased via a marketplace such as Amazon, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok etc., there may be an alternate return policy and procedure for you. Please email support@frolic.games with any questions.

Shipping 
To return your product, please send to: Frolic Games Pte. Ltd., 23 Jalan Raja Udang 11-09, Singapore 329216 SG.

Shipping costs for returning your item after the exchange has been approved as well as the cost to send the new items will be paid by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

You should always consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Frolic Games Pte. Ltd. is not responsible for goods damaged or missing in transit. 

Refunds 
Refunds are not allowed due to fraud. Only exchanges.
